To start with Me Too Falsely Accused is not here in any shape or form to undermine those people who have genuinely been abused . However, there is a grave concern that as a result of the #MeToo movement innocent people are being falsely accused. This will ultimately lead to the denial of justice for those who have truly been abused and innocent people being falsely accused and imprisoned.
The #MeToo movement is like in Australia were it is seen as cool to be related or descendant from an early convict sent from England for stealing a loaf of bread. The #MeToo movement is a sinister tool that can be hauled out for spite, defamation, blackmail and to destroy someone we may not like.
#MeToo is a weapon that can be used to ensure that parties in the divorce process get unfair advantage. When it is discovered not to be true. Status Quo kicks in and the person using the weapon is rewarded by the court. A travesty of justice!
Men often take the brunt of being falsely accused with a low threshold to be charged, no time limits, a dangerous assumption of guilt by the investigators and those who know better, attempting to hide and withhold documents that prove the one charged is innocent. If an individual did what the investigators do in attempting to hide and withhold documents that prove innocents they would be up on a charge of “Attempting to pervert the course of Justice”
Where is Justice?
Often people forget that abuse is more than physical (bruises and cuts), emotional (bullying, demeaning slurs and silent violence) and/or financial deprivation.
Remember that Me Too Falsely Accused is not here to deny that people do get abused.
